2. Footwork and connecting moves such as spirals, spread eagles, etc., utilizing at least one-half the ice surface.

2. One solo spin combination with change of foot and/or change of position (minimum 5 revolutions total), synchronized.
Lifts 1. Three different lifts - all lifts may be select from Group 1, however, one lift may be selected from Group 2-4, and one may be a single twist lift.
Death Spiral 1. One death-type spiral with the pivot position attained by the man (ladies edge optional). Hand hold should be a regular one-hand hold.
Steps 1. Connecting moves, moves-in-the-field, footwork, stroking in good unison and mirror and/or shadow skating;
2. One serpentine, circular or straight line step sequence or spiral sequence.
Note: Extra elements may be added without penalty.

- Additional jumps sequences which contain jumps of not more than one (1) revolution (i.e. mazurkas, half loops, etc.) performed as part of connecting footwork preceding single or double jumps are permitted. - Double flips, double Lutzes, and double Axels are not permitted. These spins must have a minimum of four (4) revolutions, and if a spin includes a change of foot, it must have a minimum of four (4) revolutions on each foot. There must be a minimum of (2) revolutions in each position or the position will not be counted.

- A maximum of one (1) step sequence (i.e. circular, straight line, serpentine, spiral) utilizing the full ice surface.

- No throw triple jumps are permitted.
Solo Jumps - A maximum of one (1) solo jump. Single, double or triple jumps are permitted.
Jump Combination - A maximum of one (1) jump combination or sequence. The number of jumps to be included is free.
- Triple jumps are permitted.
Pairs Spins - A maximum of one (1) pair spin. Change of foot and/or position is permitted.
- Minimum of four (4) revolutions required. Spins with a change of foot must have a minimum of five (5)
revolutions on each foot.
Solo Spins - A maximum of one (1) solo spin. One of the spins must have a change of foot and/or position.
